Description
Story: Damon watched helplessly as the love of his life walked away from him. He had asked her to be his mistress, and promised her riches beyond her wildest dreams, and knowing the answer before he even asked, he understood as she, indignant, walked away from him after she whispered her last goodbye. And he loved her more for having turned him away. He knew well the value of their love was beyond all the gold he could offer, yet he could not begin to understand what he had lost at that moment.About the picture: Here is a second study of Damon in ink. I've decided to chop his hair off cuz lots of people can't tell the difference between him and his son, and him and his brother...so, there.

I'm in love with hair...It's so expressive. Hair is a total turn on for me on guys or girls...so since I was a kid I've been drawing people with long hair. I used to watch this cartoon called St. Seiya, Los Caballeros del Zodiaco, or the Knights of The Zodiac...I dunno which name they go by anymore. A character there, Shiryu had long hair, and I thought it was soo cool! And anyway; depends on what kind of hair you want to depict. Look up Alphonse Mucha, Aubrey Beardsley, Art Nouveau and explore using shape to draw hair instead of drawing each strand...
