the anatomy is based off the popular image of the devil but the colors are specifically inspired from this depiction and i think thats what really made it: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia…
i didnt make it an ultra beast because ive already made two or more ultra beasts with normal pokemon eyes and i wanna make my next few more alien, plus i more see this being the druddigon of the region, just a really powerful solo dragon, but i could see it being legendary too like darkrai or hoopa
