Fun (of course) but at the same time awkward. 2nd time in a row I won the "Ready Set Paint" class at the modelhorse show.

It is a little tricky tho, you never know how the votes are casted since all horses submitted to this particulary class is to a) be painted the evening before b) all horses met in a tournament, and all whos horse is not "up in the duel" get to vote.

So this is Beaumont - he is supposed to be a silver buckskin sabino. I used this horse as reference (and then another for the sabino pattern (one side).

"Beau" is the Breyer Mini Whinnie Stockhorse gelding (with added bits to "make him a real boy") rep by me (on a fly) using acrylics (and patience!)
