Yeah you're right, he should've gotten one. There is actually a fanfic, I dunno if you've read it yet or not where Dax wishes for Damas back. It's really cute.
Everytime I watch that cutscene, I wonder the same thing. lol If he wished to be human, he would've gotten pants and more! o_O But I guess he didn't want to be human since he was a Precursor.
Speaking of Precursor.. if they are the most powerful beings in the universe, then Dax should be able to switch back and forth between human and ottsel..right?
My conclusion: ND IS JUST LAZEH. XD
