Nah, the title wasn't any sort of joke/pun. I just suck at titles.
I've been in the mood to draw mermaids lately. And it was actually pretty fun to do this
The character is Lorelei, or Lori, my rather cliche One Piece oc ; u ;
She's a lionfish mermaid temptress thing who looks pretty but has a foul attitude.
She's prolly a mary-sue, but I actually love her / u
I might change her tail one day if I can think of a better design.
I'm also doing some mermaid commishies, if anyone's interested!
They're $10 per mermaid in this sort of style. Maybe a dollar or two less/more depending on how complicated you want the design to be.

no problem, I mean compare her to my character, and she's better, now my character exits in an alternate timeline though, it doesn't take place in the main One Piece timeline, since in his own, luffy and the others encountered two more islands between thriller bark and shabaody, where they recruited a blacksmith, who helps franky and usoop with what they build, and a scout (my brother's character) who has the powers of the bettle-beetlle fruit model: kabuto, seriously, yours compared to mine and my brothers is low on the mary-sue scale, but that's why I always use the alternate timeline explanation,
