On the fifth day of Christmas Kodoku gave to me...Sailor Mars ((and five fire readings that predicted the end of the world))
Sailor Mars... I liked her better in the manga. She was much funnier as the "I hate men and don't need them at all" girl instead of the polar opposite of "I'm date everyone in the series." I'm not even sure HOW the anime switched her personality that badly.
But at the very least she got a bigger role in the anime than she did in the manga. Not that I don't love Venus and Uranus, but it seemed as if they were the two that Naoko decided to focus on and the other scouts got some alone air time if everyone else was getting a solo moment.

I hated Rei in the anime. Why the hell did they decide to make her boy-crazy?!
In the manga, she was mature and sophisticated.
Oh, and why the hell did they pair her up with Mamoru?! Those two have nothing in common!
