SYSTEM FOLDERS[My Music]
This is the fourth of the System Folder Icons. It took me time to come up with it, since I started school and really have had no time whatsoever. But I did a little trip to mexico to take care of some paper work, and decided to make this one once and for all. Thanks to the request of many people, I was encouraged to create it. The System Folders will include:
-Empty Folder
-My Documents
-My Pictures
-My Music
-My Videos
This icon comes in two versions: Opaque and Transparent.
The Opaque version maintains basically the color, and Transparency allows the change of tone with different backgrounds. People like one better than the other, so I'll release both in every upload of the System Folders.
Three formats: Windows .ICO, .PNG and MAC .ICNS (I'm no expert in MAC icons, so if you find any problems with the icon, please let me know so I can solve any issues).
This Music icon comes in 12 different colors:
-RED
-ORANGE
-YELLOW
-GREEN
-BLUE
-DARK BLUE
-PURPLE
-VIOLET
-PINK
-BROWN
-[link] BLACK
-WHITE

Awesome icons dude and I love that you gave them away for free I've been around DA since back when you couldn't sell them

Not yet... I have been in Architecture school for 2 years. Believe me when I say, I have had no time whatsoever to make more icons. I'm gonna take a gap year this fall, so I will be able to make it then

I use these icons for the 27GB of information i have on my daughters health issues to color code the file system and i must say these are not only beautiful icons and very unique, unmistakable, yet simple. Keep up the good work, these ACTUALLY have made a difference.

I am still using them in the windows xp pro virtual machine, at first there was a few that were not showing up so good but i retouched them using gimp and they work. I have way too many records, research data and various other files coating that desktop it enables a person to find exactly what they need by making the folder unique in a fast way, saves time with various care providers and my 3 year old likes them a lot too.

Hey Drawder, Really loving these icons, i've gone through your gallery and collected all of them. Just wanted to know whether you can release the psd file for it bcuz i'd love to extend this set to include all of the mac osx system folders. Also have you considered a movies or video folder?

I'm trying to get all of the together by when I have my 10,000 page viewer, that way I have a reason to pressure myself to do it. All the colors along with the video folder finished.

Well... this is one of the few backgrounds I have actually done myself... I was working on the Music Folder when I accidentally showed an extra background I had in my Photoshop file, and it looked amazing in combination with the black background I was already showing. So, I worked a little on it to expand the size, and decided to make it my background for this System Folder.
I guess I can upload it to Deviant ART for everyone to have
