My best gurlfran shared a striking photo over on her Tumblr, and I was inspired by it~ I mentioned that it suited Tien beautifully. Grimmy requested to see Tien as such, and here we are! WIP of this one is here --> mistytang.tumblr.com/tagged/my… And this time I remembered to save the link to my inspiration, huzzah!It was great to draw Tien again. I missed her~
Tien doesn't typically wear this much makeup, so it must be a special occasion.
Maybe Noreat was being courteous and invited her to some dry royal party or something like that. Mneh, on second thought it was probably Zephyr. Noreat, though he secretly came to like and even depend on Tien, would never invite her to a party after he got settled in with Zephyr (unless Nor wanted her there as an extra bodyguard...or to annoy some of the guests he hates). Zephyr might send out an invitation just out of respect. 
...Of course Tien would show up invited or not if it suited her.

Tien can look very beautiful when she wants to. But she's not really one to dress up her appearance too much. She wears nice clothes now and maybe a necklace and stays clean, but that's about it. (Master Broih forced her to start looking respectable, otherwise she'd probably be wearing whatever was most comfy.)

I'd love to see works of her in various outfits, both casual and formal. I understand her love for comfy clothing, but it is nice to see this side of her as well. (I love the splash of blue makeup here.)

Tien is an absolutely gorgeous character, all of your art of her is stunning. The lighting in this is so beauitiful, like reflections of a crystal chandelier. I bet she stole the attention of everyone in attendance at that party!

The lights used on Dwal are most often enchanted stones, so I like your reflections of a chandelier reference; it's fitting.
Heehee, Tien probably attracted a lot of negative attention. She's sweet, but can be very very annoying--especially to high-class snooty people.

She's amazingly beautiful. I've never seen a bald female character before. There's a sort of elegance in the simplicity of her design. ^_^ I think I like her, quite a bit. You have some impressive work.

Huh. Wonder if she's been told this before but she reminds me of Tuon from the Wheel of Time series of books XD very odd coincidence, but she matches the description almost perfectly, from the skin to the shaved head to the eyeshadow and delicate face
