Samara from Mass Effect. This lady is simply divine. I just adore the shape of her face.The Mass Effect series has rekindled my love of science fiction. Since, you know, George Lucas just about killed it with those Star Wars prequels... But I digress.
I don't think I've ever been this inspired by a game--ever. I mean, there's been some really good games out there that I've really enjoyed, but Mass Effect... I don't know why or how exactly, but it has rocked me to my core. I love it.
Anyway, I adore Samara. She's one awesome lady.

This is very beautiful. I really like the way you've shown the shape of her head-tentacles.
Samara does smile, once or twice, in the game, during conversations with her. A person like Samara smiling is something to take notice of.

No, when you go after Morinth on Omega. You have to be 100% paragon or renegade and they're all like "choose me instead!" and you get to pick which one you would prefer on your team.

Haha, Yeah, I just found out. I do lots of side quests before major quests and I was 100% paragon, and they were like "pick me instead!" but Samara kicks ass and Morinth is a jerky face so I picked Samara.

I love Samara too. Every time I talk to her it's kinda like talking to her for the first time. I always have the same awe struck moment of thinking "Wow! I really like this character!" Also, I agree that Mass Effect is inspiring. You put it well by saying that there are a lot of good games, but something about Mass Effect really sparks the imagination.

Oh I love Samara from ME2 as well. She was just so kick ass. Like, walk into the room, kick some major ass, and don't even take names because they don't matter. I also loved her moral map. She was so interesting to talk to.
This is such a pretty homage to her too. I love the gentle and soft colors, and her design works so well with your style. Great job~

Samara ROCKS. So hard. I used Samara at the part where you're walking through the collector's ship, with all the wasps buzzing around so you had to use someone to keep 'em off you. So awesome to just watch her use her powers like that.
She was especially interesting because she's so old. But, like, in a hot way? I that's what made talking to her so cool.

I used her there too! I didn't think Jack would have the power to last, and I hate Miranda so I never used her besides for her loyalty mission.

Miranda = bitch. Bleh. She actually died when I played (didn't have enough paragon when she and Jack had their fight)... oh well!

Miranda didn't die in my game somehow, but whatever. I liked Jacob, and he was pretty cool, but Miranda could go die in an airlock. And when she hit on my dude play-through I nearly vomited. Then my dude went and made Tali his girlfriend LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE IN THE LAST GAME.
