Havoc, Ravage's sister, is everything Ravage is (conniving, arrogant, sleezy lounge lizard) but better, because she's a girl! And she has a snazzy eye-patch.Think of her as the Gwen Stefani of the dog world. Most of her personality was inspired by No Doubt's "Hey Baby".

She's my San Fran babe! Ravage lives in NYC, but Havoc's owner comes to visit Ravage's master every so often (ya, he brings his dog with him).
She's fun 'cause she's the only one who puts Ravage in his place (points to piece titled "Ravage and Havoc")
