Description
This is the finished version of a drawing I started a year ago as a reward for the individual who correctly guessed minokura as Maladyne's stock model. For anyone who is concerned about it, I'm marking it in the Traditional Media category because the amount of time I spent with pencil, eraser, and smudging stick in hand was almost double what I spent using the mouse. Honestly, if DA came up with a mixed media category, I'd end up putting most of my stuff in there. Ah well. Here's the traditionally-finished work...



The individual who correctly guessed the stock model providing me references for the Maladyne character requested something along these lines: An elven woman in trouble with some pixies who are in the process of restraining, divesting, and tickling their intended playmate. This is what popped for me--yeah, I know, it's a far cry from the normal offerings in my DA gallery... Regardless, though this isn't part of the Demon's Due storyline, I'm going to include my usual disclaimer below as its ideas are still rather appropriate here.

While working on the digital stage this afternoon I came up with the above title. Needless to say, I wouldn't mind reading the story for which this proved to be the illustration... Hell, if it was good, I'd probably throw in another illustration or two for it over the course of this year when I had a break--the elven woman and pixies and arboreal textures were a lot of fun. I envision Tathryl's "vest" actually wraps up like two semicircles around her sides to cover her breasts, but the laces holding the two halves together were pulled out by the same mischievous pixie that's working on opening up her breeches. I toyed with the idea of adding a lace or two hanging around, but I held off because I really like the way it looks as is. In any case, I don't draw many tickling images--tickling plays even less a role in my life than spanking, and long-term viewers of my art here will perhaps recall that spanking wasn't really "my thing" either. Having said that, however, I should perhaps drop a subtle hint of some spanking due to enter the Demon's Due storyline as I start into the revision of the Fair Harvest chapter. So, perhaps tickling will trickle its way into my artistic life in a similar fashion, and Tathryl here will find herself joined thematically by numerous more damsels in future offerings.
