Description
The sword of grayskull is a totem bound currently to the young prince. When Adam says the keyword "Grayskull" he can call on the immense powers of the ancient titan and channels them into his body. After activating the swords magic, the princes body ages to a degree that he can handle the immense strength. He is also capable to use the power link to grayskull to communicate with the sorceress there. When releasing the powers to grayskull he can even return to the castle aswell. With him is his buddy R.CO (wich stands for Robot COmpanion) and he is one of the few to share Adams secret.Hope you'll like it!

OMG I absolutely love your take on Orko! Adam looks too much like the 2002 remake which I didn't like. Not a fan of him getting older when he transforms into He-man. But robo-Orko is awesome!

I really do like skeletor and sorceress versions, both showing earthly/realistic looks yet maintaing the supernatural elements. I think this is a big let down on two major points.
First the sword is simply too large, I realise that will be the sword he-man will carry but surely the sword could change to that size once he-man is called for? The size of the weapon makes people immeditely wonder where that sword could be kept, how can adam possibly carry it etc. I think Adam would already have immense strength to carry that weapon! Barring the trousers, I like the rest of adam's costume.
The other issue I have is orko is now a robot, that removes all the magical charactistics he can muster, as well as his origins. Orko is actually one of the more iconic characters due to his design, just below he-man and skeletor, a change on his clothing, size perhaps but its too much of a redesign for my liking.

First of all, both are valid points and I really appreciate that you took the time and shared your thoughts! I do not intend to change your point of view just let me clarify why i did it on purpose!
Every design decision should made sense in the context of course. The sword is the totem of a gigantic ancient titan who gave his power to a boy. I tried to reflect that contrast in oversizing the sword to represent that burden of power. It is heavy at first, but not impossible to carry and in the future he will adapt to it. I like the symbolism of that. And yes the sword is hard to conceal, or carry around but I like exactly this problem for storytelling purpose. You can create so many tense moments, because Adam has to struggle to keep his secret and get the sword in time etc.
And in case of Orko, well I love the Trollans. But the main story in "my version" is all about a Tech vs. Magic war. With Adam beeing part of the royal family, it just makes sense that the kings son has an advanced A.I. instead of an offworld magician Jester. (Magic is part of the opposite faction in the beginning) His purpose is to be a true friend to Adam since childhood, given by Randor to keep an eye out for his only son in times of war. He sucks as a jester, what makes it even more funny but he is well capable of defending Adam in times of need. Since I had this idea I loved it and stuck with it.

I made that up this moment, so its not perfectly on the spot yet but you get the idea. Its all about what is important for the story. And storywise the alliance between Man-at-arms and the sorceress mentoring adam is the important part to tell.
If you want to give something new to the franchise you have to change things slightly. At least in my version

That is an awesome design! Even though Adam's swords appears to be of the same make as Cloud Strife's sword. It's nearly as long as the wielder is tall.
