Anyone she wanted a drawing of her OC Starlight with Kiba from Wolf's Rain in a garden with flowers.
Starlight is hers.
Kiba belongs to... uh... the guy who made Wolf's Rain. I know virtually nothing about the anime so go search it for yourselves.
