"YOU KNOW WHY, you were there with me and you heard they said the pump's mulfunctioning."
"Ah! I got an idea!! Let's go to the library, should be confortable!"
"...which is off today."
"Oh my..."
"There's another bad news...we HAVE a homework to do, you remember?"
"So what...I'd be dead from the heat by the time I start it..."
"...sooo hot..."
"Yeah...."

Though the extreme ( yes it REALLY was ) summer was over, and now I feel the clear, sweet breezes of Autumn, this is my summer picture of this year.
Now I know I love summer, however hot and muggy it is. ( and however loudy cicadas are XD )

Though I enjoyed the process of drawing, spending most of summer holidays and watching high school baseball games, there are elements remaining which should be improved, due to the reason that I'm currently in the process of learning better artistic expression with trials I've never had before. But it happens as long as you keep challenging something new.

Again, to those who may want to ask how I did it: there's no how. Everything's drawn by hand. Even each leaf is drawn by hand. No filters, no special brushes, no silver bullets. My answer to the question would be the same as before: with patience and effort. ( And love to the work, I'd add )
One exception is the keychain on the school bag, which was taken from my old work "I'm laaaaate". ( But who cares? XD )

Total hours spent: not exactly sure, around 120 hours is the most likely.
Everything from sketches and lineart through painting and final effects done on Photoshopp6.0 + Intuos3.
