*This is not a photo-manipulation its a digital painting!

This is an on-going project that I had locked away in my files for a few months now just waiting to be finished. It first started off as a photo-realism piece however I decided to add a painting feel to it and more flare so that it would stand-out.

I am not very good at painting barn owls, normally I'm used to depicting animals with more fur and fluff rather then nicely smoothed and preened feathers! so this was a personal challenge for me however I think I have overcome it so far.

- Soon I'll be working on more dynamic images but my owl projects have been a good stepping-stone back into making digital art images (as for a while I haven't been working on many).

*I would like to ask that you do not reuse,edit or redistribute this image without my strict permission . I want my art to be enjoyed by everyone, please don't let art theft ruin the sharing of artworks thank you!
