It’s hard to be Great and Powerful when you have to hit the road early in the morning...Today has been decreed a day to celebrate the very best second-rate unicorn mage in all Equestria! Trixie truly is a great character in my opinion, and her recurring presence has been a most welcome change in the show these last two seasons. With the rough edges having been worn off of the Mane Six to the extent that they have, the inclusion of characters like Trixie who can provide a natural irritant to the interactions helps keep things interesting. She still plays best off of Twilight after all of these years, bringing out the old aggravated unicorn that I love so much... I would love to see an episode devoted to them teaming up on the road, odd-couple, buddy-cop movie style, forced to share Trixie’s cramped wagon. Maybe have them off to rescue Starlight for a change.
in any event, I hope that Trixie never loses her great and powerful personality... I still find her to be a hoot!

I enjoyed it well enough, however Trixie was left to do all of the heavy lifting in the episode. I can’t help but think it would have been elevated greatly had she had an irritated Twilight to bounce off of instead.

that is indeed a feet of true magic. barely awake and yet able to pour a cup of coffee an eat cereal using her magic to prop up 3 objects at once while still not awake.

I really like where they went with her personality. She's still the Trixie we know, but she's no longer only the annoying aspects that we knew of before. Now we know her more adorable and positive sides too, and they don't contradict her delusions, her annoying/inconvenient sides and the irritation she may cause in others at all. Her character is now more rounded and honestly lovable, without losing the old appeal and charm (unless one is only drawn to unadulterated boastful delusional bitches with nothing else to their personality). Indeed, an episode idea like you mentioned could be very fun to see, and yes, I think Trixie's new presence as a constant recurring character who's less antagonistic but still serves as an irritant quite a bit enriches the show notably. Plus, now I really feel I love her, she's just so adorable sometimes while also being funny, often even in an endearing way. There's something to her character like this that I find hard to resist, particularly an urge to snuggle her.
That said, her expression here in the drawing is great, but somehow, my favourit part is the wagon and how it pops with that shading on the edges and wheel rims. Looks so great, and so three-dimensional. Well done indeed!

I agree, Harwick. Trixie's personality is very refreshing in the show and keeps people on their toes as to what will happen next (it does for me anyway). The fact that Starlight chose her over Twilight to revisit her old village (also dat packing face

Her character has really been going from strength to strength since season 6. She still has flaws, but the positive side of her personality manages to shine through.

I doubt that's going to happen. Much like Discord, Trixie's personality is both unique and very enjoyable to us, the audience. Getting rid of those personalities would be detrimental, possibly on a grand scale at that. This doesn't mean either character can grow or change (for the better hopefully), but I don't think the Large and Hammy Trixie's personality is going anywhere anytime soon

I find the fact that Tempest, pardon, Fizzle Pop,is on a cereal box funny! What would make this more funny is if it's berry flavor! I also like the shadings and the lighting in this as well.
