There's nothing to say about the quality of this shot or the model, diffused lighting is very good and makes for a classy nude, as it was already said.
The composition is interesting. A seemingly thoughtful young woman leaned on the pillow. The position of the arms does remind the one of the legs. I can't help to think that the position of this woman is not so natural though. Holding hands and touching feet at the same time seems too much for someone thinking about something else. That's why I'm not so convinced. But that's just because your photograph makes me think (and that's a good point).
Of course, natural is not the main purpose of this kind of photograph, so it doesn't influence my rating so much.
The corner of the pillow looks like he was intentionally set. That's a bit sad. There again I'm questioning the "natural". I'm not criticizing the idea of hiding breast though, on the contrary. I appreciate the "suggested" a lot. The blurred buttocks adds to the classy effect.
About the "vision" criteria. "Does it present a point of view, a theme or idea ?" - Well, I don't believe an idea is involved in this photograph. Could be the theme of "thoughtful women in bed". Problem is the lack of natural of the position, which makes the woman not so naturally thoughtful.
Yet, despite the small details I pointed out, the impact is strong. The photograph definitely catches the eye for a long moment. Also, the photograph inspires imagination. Why is she looking in that direction ? What state of mind implies such a position ? The eyes are fantastic, the eyebrows are perfect, the buttocks looks very smooth...
All in all, the hair-cut could have made her a tomboy. But a lot of femininity is displayed in this photograph :
- the complicated position
- the thinness of her body and her traits
- the emanating lightness
- the smoothness of her skin (thanks to lighting and the fact her feet seem to skim each other)

I agree on the point that lyth-o made but I would like to add a couple of points myself. Β (1) I think that the color of the lips has something to do with the compositiion. the slightly opened mouth is also indicitive of someone who has finished her thoughts and is about to say something of importance. Β (2) The closing of the legs and the wrists is someone who is both open and closed to suggestions of who she is talking to. She is about to say that she would like to try something that the other has said something about just moments before.Β

It is not easy at all, rather pretty difficult, to add something new after this other critique. It has said most of what i see too. Down to the little corner of the pillow...
I'd like to add two things though: The beautiful editing accentuates the softness of the model in a way, you almost can feel this soft skin. I envy you your technique. Besides i do love the composition: The way, you guide the eye of the viewer from the hair, the hands,and the eyes over the back and the buttocks all the way down to the feet. Classy and very special! A winner in my eyes. Have you tried any competition?

Perfectly diffused lighting and perfect DOF make for a very classy nude. Well balanced composition. The position of her arms and crossed over hands serves well to mirror the upwards position of legs and crossed feet. This might be overanalyzing, but her short rounded hairstyle is great in that it compliments her round buttocks and also does not impede on that full view of her back-side. It goes without saying that she is a fantastic model and that you have utilized her quite well her. One thing I wonder which may or may not have improved this image is if the pillow covering part of her shoulder and obscuring her breast had been tucked under in order to see a little bit more of that area. That is a totally artistic point of view not to be construed as my libido getting in the way! Cheers! Awesome image!
