I love this because you can almost sense the motion in the photo. You can even see where she "carved" a portion of that wave out, and I really love how the sunlight comes through the crest of the wave on the right.

and I just love you! I liked the shot for all those same reasons ..someday IM gunna have a nice grown up camera with a good lens so my sitting on the beach shots are better....

its a fuji finpix s700..its not bad....it was what I could afford and for the price ts purty good..
I get a lil jealous of the folks taking shot from the beach with those insane lens's
I mean I think Im a pretty good surf photographer..and i always think.." imagine what I could do with one of those things!

Yes, I've seen people with telephoto lenses that are longer than they are tall, and with an objective lens the diameter of a soccer ball. I've always wondered what the view through one of those is like.
I'm not very good at photography, I have a point-and-shoot Canon digital, and an old Canon AE-1 that I've got a 200mm lens for, but nothing fancy.
