You know, I'm still surprised Buster totally decided to play baby with Elmyra that one time just for the promise of food.
...Actually, come to think on it, does Buster have any parents? Most of the tiny toons (except for those like Fifi who live in a car), have families that switch between existence and non-existence. (For instance, sometimes Montana Max's mom is talking him into dating Elmyra and sometimes he has the authority to fire what is apparently the only butler in the estate and kick out his family...) I mean, Hamton is one of those characters whose parents we have never seen, but he has a nice house with a full refrigerator, but then, he also works for a living. Buster just lives in the woods.
...I WAS going to make a comment about wondering if Buster would stick around if only Elmyra were gentle, but now I'm wondering about a fact that would heavily influence that: if Buster might actually be living alone and going hungry some nights. Its a great irony. The one character who gets the most screen time in the show, and we really don't know much about him.
