Somewhat emotionally challenged. His emotions often take control of his actions.

Hates being called "useless". It's not that he can't fight, it's just that he refuses to. He hates killing innocent people, which is why he wanted to avoid Germany's training. All of the crimes he was forced to commit during the war has taken a toll on his emotions somewhat.

Suffers from loneliness and depression sometimes, and writes poems and draws pictures to calm himself. During these bouts, he will often seek the help of someone close to him.

Can show great strength in order to protect the ones he loves, even if he must kill others in the process.

Undergoes transformations quite often.... some of them very strange.

If his curl is pulled, he may start crying, and probably won't stop until about fifteen minutes afterwards. If his curl is stroked or touched, he may shudder and shake, cry softly, and/or roll around uncontrollably. Basically, don't touch the curl. Just don't.

He can be very clingy sometimes, especially to Romano, Germany, and Japan.

Feli learned how to play the violin and the harpsichord when he was little, from Antonio Vivaldi. He can still play, it's just that he prefers singing.

He will flirt with girls, even if he's in love with someone else.

His worst fears are being lied to, neglected, and alone.

When he's alone for too long, he will get used to the loneliness. This is usually harmful, since he will push people away, deciding he should be alone.

Only fights when he knows he can't get help. But when he does fight, he is quite skilled, considering his speed. Italy is good at dodging and distracting opponents, but it is mostly so he can escape.

Player 2's? He'll fight them if he needs to, in hopes of gaining their approval.
