I truly enjoyed your beautiful story, Jack! and no! it's not a depressing story!! because there's hope, there's still life ahead!! and so much love of both of them!! it's just that it has a lot of feelings and it's very difficult to keep all those feelings, because it hurts!!! , but depressing? That was...pretty damn emotional. I've always loved your characters, especially how you manage to pull off such wonderful personal ones like these two that deviate so much from the cookie cutter ones you always see everywhere. They feel so human and that's what makes (at least me) feel for them so much. Really good piece. So inspiring to see your stuff and how it's getting better and better. <3
Also..for some reason I've always imagined Sandy to be a woman (I just checked your character ref sheet and found out that was not the case xD). Oh well, Sandy will still be a woman in my head. A grumpy looking one with a huge nose and no curves whatsoever. xD
