Description
I've wanted to do "elemental" or "power" drawings for the four Team Kakashi kids for a while, but this is the closest I've come to doing that. I figured that Sai would be water because many of (okay, all of) his techniques are ink-based. So here he is, with a sword, in a hakama, somehow summoning an ink beast.You can color the lineart if you'd like.

the lion really looks like ink painting, that's so great!! I like the way Sai draws, I also like Sai!! ^///^
it's a great work and a good idea with these elemental idea. yeah, he sure is a water type!

I used a brush pen (which may or may not be the same sort of thing Kishimoto used to draw the lions in the first place) that sort of mimics Sai's brush.
I like Sai too! I don't know too much about the way he draws (so far, he's only drawn the beasts, rats, a snake and...clouds? maybe) but I do like his character.

He's one of he ink beasts that Sai uses in the manga...I don't know if they're supposed to be dogs or tigers though. I thought they looked like lions.
