It is hard to make Pink-Costume Betsy look badass, but you have done it. The atom effect isn't quite the same as the butterfly she usually uses, but it's still a great effect and the lighting looks magnificent.
I especially love the glare off her eyes, it gives them a terrific sense of artificiality. They were bionic at this point in time, IIRC and this picture really conveys that.

All aboard the wayback train! I'm a big fan of Psylocke, whether it be old-school, armored up, or modern ninja, and you've definitely done her justice here. I seem to remember her psychic power manifesting as a butterfly shape around her eyes, but that's just nitpicking on an otherwise beautiful work of art.
