FOR THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF PRETTINESS AND SPARKLES I'VE BEEN DRAWING LATELY I AM NOT SORRYI've never really been one for drawing 'girly' stuff before but I find the pastel colours and the soft shapes really relaxing and therapeutic, and stuff like this doesn't take me very long at all to do. I really enjoyed doing all the sparkles and gradients with Stargirl so sorry if this looks a bit samey but I wanted to use the same techniques again because they're so fun <3
I suck at drawing animals but for some reason (probably because of talking to Rydrake ) I got the urge to draw unicorns so here we go - this is Dreamicorn, a silent little creature that watches over children when they sleep. If they get haunted by nightmares she will appear by their bedside and kiss them softly on the forehead to send all the bad thoughts away and help them sleep soundly <3 She follows the night as it rotates around the earth and cannot step into sunlight, living only where the stars can be seen.
I got a few ideas for other unicorns while drawing this, so I might try drawing them tomorrow, and possibly make a little set of prints out of them! Any ideas for themes/colour palettes would be greatly appreciated <3

Okay but what if Dreamicorn was Stargirl's pet unicorn? I mean, you can only see the stars in the night time, plus they're both starry and purple-ish ouo
And then Bunincula would nom on all the bad dreams

I did consider them being friends! technically Stargirl's original concept isn't mine so I don't know a lot about her or what she does, but I can imagine them travelling through the stars together, if they do indeed exist in the same universe <3
I still need to work on a design for Vampicorn, any ideas for colour schemes?

When you say travelling through the stars together I'm suddenly reminded of Bee and PuppyCat. Now I can't stop imaging Stargirl in Bee's powersuit ;w;
I was thinking he should be red, black, and white. You know, like black body, red mane, white details. Dunno, nothing's set in stone

The original artwork that I got the idea from was done by Skelefrog, she came up with the initial concept!
That much black would be very hard to pull off because it's so heavy :/ I'll have to see when I get to the colouring stage, I think this these it'll just be a case of slapping a dozen colours on them until I get a combination that works. White and red will probably be used though
