Description
A commission of Kation, a character with tabbycat/bobcat influences.It was a wonderful opportunity to take it back to basics, to give the character calmness and serenity. I'm quite proud of the foreground stream there, I was hesitant to try something so detailed but I stuck it out to the final.

Looks like a Kajit from 'The Elder Scrolls', but much better! Very much details I love. The bow looks some kind of strange, but the sword looks better xD The background is really realistic. All in all: Very good!

Ooo beautifully done ^_^ you definitely captured the calm and serene feel you wanted. I love the hawks in the background and the shine in his hair, and the feline features are wonderful.

Wow... This might sound a bit weird, but I'm seriously impressed by the rock on which he's having his left foot. The character himself is really well done, but that rock looks so real O.o

I love his face - serenity you said well...
The details are beautiful (face, hair, clothes as well^^), but the background is maybe more amazing! The trees fading in the haze... The grass... The stream...And the hawks of corse! ^^ It is all so simple but still so living! The feeling of this dawn-forest... Incredible! Absolutely fav! ^^

I like it (background is total awesome-sauce), but the harris hawk on the left looks a bit cut-and-paste. Maybe smooth out some of those photo pixels under the wing.
