also don't misunderstand the point of this stamp- don't pretend you're not cis if you are. this stamp's message is saying that a trans person shouldn't have to tell you that they're trans. they should be simply allowed to call themselves a man or a women without stating they are trans.Β

also, this may be problematic thinking and i honestly don't give a shit but. i REALLY hate those posts that encourage people to state whether if they are trans or cis in their bio or something. why do i have to tell people i'm trans? trust me, i'm proud of being trans, i don't dislike myself for it. but why should i just mark myself for violent transphobes? sometimes when i tell people i'm trans on this website i feel they slap a sticky note on me saying "misgender this guy, he's trans so it'll clearly upset him"Β
