Wow, really fantastic!
I never manage to draw hair that precisely and so... gracefully.
You're a wonderful artist

You really experiment with so many mediums. I don't remember if you have painted oils?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Julemus In reply to milbisous [2007-12-19 21:02:10 +0000 UTC]

Yes, I have tried oils for my painting "The wavemaker", and I have one painting in progress. However, I'm not very fond of painting with oil. I think it is too messy cleaning the brushes. Also, it takes too long time to dry. Therefore, I prefer acrylic paint. It is much more easy to adjust faults on an acryl painting.

Hahaha, I find myself agreeing with you again, re messy cleaning up with oils brushes. That's one of the reasons why I awitched to acrylics. I do watercolors now, because it's fast and no chance to change minds like with acrylics and oils

omg! I have to say your better at coloured pencils then greylead. You do more better portraits with this medium then with greylead but still when you use greylead its still awesome and realistic. Well done!

Thank you very much, Danny. I'm surprised that you find this color pencil drawing better than those drawn with greylead.
