hey I was wondering if i could draw that girl, if you dont mind me using the pic to look at i am going to add hair and finish the back of the coat but other than that it will probably look pretty simalar . i am not going to sell it or anything i just want to use it cause it goes perfectly with a story i am writing

As you can see from the description to my painting, I made it after a photomanipulation by SAB687
[link] Therefore, I am not entitled to give you any permission to draw after it, since the original is owned by SAB687.
As I can see from your gallery, you have already drawn the girl and uploaded the picture. I consider this a theft and ask you to remove it immediately. Otherwise I will be forced to report you for breaking the copy right rules.
