Description Constantine raised his eyes to the heavens, and fell in awe at the sight of that great expanse. Then he heard the voice of God, "By this symbol you will conquer".

Till now, I've yet to see a pretty decent depiction of Constantine's Vision, one that leans more towards the ancient alien theory.

We're like ants to far greater beings in our universe, we notice them but nothing more, though some care more than others.  A marvel to us but nothing to them.

Cool piece.

Constantine's cross is usually believed to be the chi-rho, displayed as a diagonal cross "X" (Greek letter chi") centered over a "P" (Greek letter "rho"), the first two letters of the Greek word for Christ. (see: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chi_Rho)

Though if you were going for an alien origin, this would be more recognizable to your audience.  Which I like. This image, that is.

I like it and I hope you don't take this as derogatory but It as if you've combined to religious view points since I see the entire ancient aliens/alien ideology to be quasi-religious.

No don't mind actually. And I'm glad you went to such lengths in interpreting my work. It's really up to my audience to interpret my pieces as to how they like it. After all, whenever I make art, I don't let myself to be constrained by any form of world views. I draw whatever pleases me. It's an exercise to liberate my imaginative capabilities. I'm a Christian myself and yet I prefer not to be held by traditional and conservative mindsets typical of most religious folks.

I could not agree with your statement of artist ideology more. Thank you for your response and for seeing that no subjective interpretation was being offered. I wish that more of your theological 'brethren' had the balanced viewpoint you espouse. As a geologist/paleontologist I have run afoul of so many of the fanatical fundamentalist variety that on the rare occasion I encounter one such as yourself who can distinguish between the spiritual and the physical, or perhaps in your case the artistic, it is truly refreshing.
I don't believe that I thanked you for sharing your work. Sorry.

No worries . Thank you as well for sharing your insight with me. I too wish that more people with religion would see the bigger picture. To be honest, even I run into such kinds of people from time to time. But I've learned to pay no heed to their vindictive mindsets. Life is so much bigger than to worry about being clannish/tribal about one's religion or belief system. For me the most important is to live a life of love, compassion, empathy and tolerance to all people regardless of their beliefs or non-beliefs. We're all humans after all. I find it hard to understand why so many religious folks cannot comprehend such a simple and fundamental tenet that is written and continuously proclaimed in the scriptures they ironically love using as a weapon against people who are not on the same boat. Truly, the joke is on them for being that ignorant.
