Ahhh so I finally finished it o_o
My first original art in ages ~ This is not worthy of a thank you gift D: You guys deserve better...

Those flowers are killing my eyes, so ugly o_o'' I don't normally draw flowers...so yeahh...BUT

Thank you so much for all the support <3 Watchers, friends, visitors and strangers *^*
It means the world to me ;w;

So many people here on dA have been such amazing friends and have helped me so much.
All the support I have received and the overwhelming number of such nice people out there is just too great.
It's just so nice to know that you can meet so many wonderful people from all over the world, that we probably have never met before :')

this is my OC Lin that I had posted from this wip - fav.me/d96apsh
Most of it was by marker, which is my 2nd time using copics o-o
Except for those flowers    They were done with watercolour, but I don't quite know how to paint flowers o_o watercolouring flowers is really different to hair~

She is my OC of happiness, and I wanted to thank you guys all...so...;w;
I hope that every one of you guys smile :') Even if it's not from this or anything else from me, I still want every one to be happy, even through things like tough times and school *^* All the best to everybody <3

Can I ask what kind of paper you are using? I want to mix copics with watercolor as well but I can't find a paper that doesnt warp with the watercolor that doesnt suck up copic ink dry

Ahh I'm in Australia so i don't quite know whether I could help much or not, but I really actually just used the paper in my regular sketchbook o_o Well it says 125gsm paper which means the thickness? But yeah, I just got it at a local stationary store, so its not a special type of paper, I assume its just slightly thicker than regular printer paper~

But this was only my 2nd time using both copics and watercolour, so unfortunately I don't know much ^__^; I'm sure there are special papers designed for their use, but as far as I know I don't own any ^^ I hope it helped in some way, but again I'm not the best help o_o

you're so good to begin with and i can see so much improvement! Like especially in this piece! I love the way you draw faces. Teach me your ways. I have a lot of trouble with eyes for some reason? and mouths...you make them so perfect every timeee lol

I confused here!!! At first, I thought that you already did watercolor artwork in the past (example, -Gift- ::Fedora Cat:: )and now you say you haven't try the watercolor paint before?
can you rephrase your description so that it shouldn't add more confusion???

Other than that, You're very much welcome! you deserve it and thank you for keep on doing your artwork during the most difficult time! (seriously, I thought you was amazing by the fact that you can color those flower in watercolor!)

You are an amazing artist and don't ever think otherwise. Those flowers look really spectacular I don't know why you thought they looked bad at all! And amazing job on the hair once again; the way you color hair gives it an almost life-like feeling and depth. And I will always be a supporter since you deserve it dearly.
