Created for supervising advanced electrical operations by robotics engineer Dr.Thomas Light. Elecman was originally intended for advanced electrical experiments, however, his level 3 positronic brain (giving him an IQ of over 297) bestows him with the potential to be a natural leader. Elecman can achieve Voltages in the tens of millions using charged particles of mercury and tungsten in a high vacuum instead of free air with his "Thunder Beam" system. This is based on using the Earth and its atmosphere at the resonant frequency as the conductor, this can produce a voltage in the millions in the form of a massive electrical discharge also known as artificial lightning, making Elecman the true Emperor of Electricity!
