Probably A Great and Terrible Beauty was my favorite. I don't know why but I really liked Mrs. Moore. Even when I found out she was Circe!

I can never really choose between the first or second book, but I'd if I had to I'd say Rebel Angels. It deals more with the high society of the time, which I think is fascinating. Mrs. Moore was an awesome character, she goes from the good guy to the baddest guy of all to a good guy again, and it was great how Bray used her that way. Though personally I really liked Pippa and Felicity

Yeah, despite its surprises and sad conclusion, *weep* Kaaaaarrtik!!!!*weep* the writing was MASTERFUL! and the story was fleshed out soooo well! It seemed very believable.
*sigh* books like that are hard to find nowadays...I'm glad I got to read this book before my other friend--who ALWAYS seems to have read something before me! So now I had something new to show to her!

I couldn't agree more, Bray was definitely at her best with this one. I didn't find as much wit to it as the second one, but then again it certainly had a far more serious purpose.
A lot of the books of today haven't that sort of appeal, but when something like this comes up its amazing. Far better than any Gossip Girl!!! book....x__X

Three thoughts after reading it:
"Kartik..............................tree?!??!??!?!!!!"
"Felicity....Pippa?.....lesbians?!??!"
"..........ITS OVER?!??!?!"
So yeah x__X. The entire book was awesome and I reveled in it. I'm kinda glad in a way that Gemma ended up alone, to sort of start her life anew. I just can't believe it's all over now! My god the movies had better be good....what are your thoughts on it all.

Wow...Great job!! I love how much clean detail you put into it without making it look smudgy and unlifelike. Very well drawn. (I love these books so much.. Just cruising around, haunting these fan-fics...because I'm just not weird enough!

'Cause I'm reading A Great and Terrible Beauty right now, and I skipped ahead to see if Gemma and Kartik get together....*sigh*....they don't. Funny how books never go my way heehee. There totally is a second one, this being the cover art. AND A THIRD!! But not until June. Sorray, no Kartik and Gemma loving in the second one..........but they do almost kiss. o_O . Kartik has competition in the second one, a certain handsome rich dude named Simon Middleton. I'm sure she'll choose the right guy, just gotta wait for the final installment in the trilogy!!!!!!

I like the hair the best as well. Probably the only thing. However I like how the smudges on the shoulder and face look like I bothered to shade. lol
