Convention: Florida Supercon 2013
The last time I had gone to a convention or done cosplay photography was over five years ago. I had the opportunity to go to a nearby convention, and today was the day! Julie's Yuna was absolutely stunning, and I really loved photographing her amazing cosplay!

Yuna is always a favorite, that I've seen, at conventions, and Julie pulls the character off very well. The photo is a bit simple, but I think simple suits this, especially with all the calm colors. Is very nice.

Haha, definitely something different! I used to be a cosplayer over five years ago, and I dabbled in cosplay photography. I wanted to give it a try after learning what I have about photography. As it turns out, while I've gotten better than I was, it's convention photography I'd need more of a background in, not fashion.

Oh my gosh, definitely one of the best Yuna cosplays that I've seen. 
Amazing job on the photograph! The lighting is perfect, she is balanced throughout the photo, and one can even see the brilliance of her eyes! Also, the blur effect is a very lovely touch. :3

Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment! Convention photography has to be the toughest out there, and fortunately I was able to find a small white wall near a window, and it worked perfectly! I tend to shoot with very large apertures, hence the blur, but I'm glad you approve!

I just wonder why they host conventions at such poorly decorated venues. That one in particular was pretty garish. I was going to do a lot more photography, but the shots I'd get just wouldn't do anyone justice, so I stuck to the private sessions I had scheduled. I have a Disney group and an Utena cosplay to be uploaded next.
