I am alive! And working on commissions! They will be done this week providing I'm able to get a hold of all the commissioners. Thank you for your patience with my not doing art for so long...That aside, this I did a few weeks back, it's basically the only art I've done until this week (spring break yeah!) I kept it off dA until I was working on commissions again cause I didn't have time for the latter after this and felt terrible. But now that I'm getting the other pics done I can upload this.
'tis a Ninetails, I'm sure you've noticed. She's from a story of mine that I was writing a couple years back and still would like to continue. She's a shiny with a little somethin' extra, haha, obviously. Very fun to draw.

She looks like a scene from the manga "Dororo" by Osamu Tezuka. Very spooky and well done and the really like the phosphorescent glow to her.

Ooo, you've never seen any of the manga by Tezuka? Dororo has a nice overview here: [link]
Since you are into sequential art, do try and get your hands on a few of Tezuka's manga - he's the grandfather of the art form in Japan, and his visual storytelling skills are simply amazing. And his stories are just darn cool. I highly recommend Dororo, but Buddha, Phoenix, and Black Jack are all incredibly good. (They are longer series, while Dororo is complete in three volumes, so it is a good intro to his work.)
You may know Tezuka as the creator of the classic anime Astro Boy (Tetsuwan Atom).
