Background: Inspired by the Orion woman, Janice Gwenla, a non human whom served aboard the Enterprise in the 23rd Century, as an Engineer; Lwexa Sha'ano left her planet of Andoria to pursue her dream of Engineering, going on to help maintain the engine of the Enterprise in her own century, under command of Chief Engineer Geordi La Forge. Fortunately, unlike Gwenla, Lwexa didn't have to face any prejudices around the ship, as there were plenty other non humans, serving aboard the Enterprise D.

A new OC I came up with on the spot - for Star Trek: The Next Generation - during a little introduction that Delita-1 and I rp'ed together for her TNG character Koeniga Chekov. Much like Janice Gwenla, Lwexa Sha'ano is a female non human Engineering aboard the Enterprise. Only this time, her skin is blue instead of green. Plus, she also includes a cute pair of expressive antennas on her forehead to boot.
