Nice ladybug, I also photographed ladybugs a while ago. It was quit difficult cos of the shiny skin. You've achieved a very nice result and contrast between the red and green.

Yeah, shiny little bugs like ladybugs are difficult to photograph...also they are camera shy and try to hide from camera.
