Hello, hello, hello!
Wow, what a jump from Christmas to neaaarrrlly the end of the first month of 2021.
I needed to take a little time off as my mental state was not doing too well for a bit, but I am doing much better admittedly. Lots of ups and downs on my end, work is an absolute mess at the moment, and if I'm being honest I haven't felt like I'm able to have much time to myself. But I'm gonna be back on the right track in hopes I feel better.
We're kicking off the year a little different. I'm branching out this year, because I've wanted to for years now.
Guys, I'm gonna just say this loud and clear: I am not a furry. I do not want to be given that label ever under any circumstance. The reason I'd been drawing so much anthro is because I initially felt more confident in the style I created. I have so many human characters that I want to bring to life that I couldn't do in the past because I did lack skill. So please.. understand that is not who I am. I am referred to as artist, and I hope you're able to respect that.
This is a drawing of a character I've done a couple of times but not literally. She is in my gallery on many platforms, and she is one of my most beloved characters. I created her in late 2014, meaning she is nearing the 7 year mark (crazy crazy stuff!). I finally took the time to draw her and I have never been so proud about a digital drawing in my life. This took me so long and it's opened up more confidence and opportunity to pursue more. I've thought about making a graphic novel, and now I know what my human art style looks like, I feel I'm a step closer to where I want to be. I am so proud of this piece and my brain is even confused because the character was essentially pulled from my head and placed on paper. I am so happy to see how far I've come in the human realm and cannot wait to do more.
The most recent legitimate digital drawing that I have actually done dates all the way back to 2018.
It's been almost 2 years since an uploaded image of digital art was posted on this site and on many others.
I would include the Gore-Tober prompts, but those are prompts, and it isn't much of an art piece to me.
I am improving my work, as that is my main focus this year.

I'm featuring these pieces because it is one I did a while ago.
I wanted to show you this and compare it to what I have done now. I am incredibly proud of my progress, not even having used the program for so long (my old iPad couldn't keep up with the updates, so I was closed off for a while and lost interest until now).

I hope you enjoy this drawing as much as I did. It took forever to make but I am so happy with the outcomes and I wouldn't change it for the world. This here is my new profile icon on all social media now, and I am happy to say I will not be changing it anytime soon (unless someone draws something else for me that I like enough!).
