OH MY GOD THE POSE TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE STUPID FEET BLARGEHJGHJGFJAS... Anywho, meet Therorders, the impatient "doesn't put up with your shit" Pokemon. He's not too fast, but he can really get his point across if he needs to. He behaves much like an actual Spinosaurus, but is slightly slower. He doesn't hunt fish either. (in fact, he hates water!) He represents the exsecutive branch and knows of every law that has been broken. Normally he doesn't intervene unless he is truly needed. However, in his game Chromium version, he and his counterpart actually start fighting, which is a sign of great peril. there is an evil team in the game trying to capture them, but in the game Lawtotops and Therorders basically just brush them off.
