At last! I have completed the final color card in the series I started years ago. These cards depict the all female crew of the U.S.S. Demeter.
Capt. Nova appears to be saying:
"So if the Captain of a starship wants a purple con with pink displays, whose business is it?"

Mira Nova was Buzz Lightyear's XO in the Disney cartoon series "B.L> of Star Command". Mira belonged to an alien species which I thought would have fit right in with the ST universe.

Ya know what? The costume works pretty well on her, doesn't it? The design and colors both seem to suit her.

I was rather constrained by the fact that in the original Star Trek all of the command officers wore a golden-yellow tunic or shirt. This clashes with Mira's skin. It makes her look like the Ukranian flag.The only other alternative was the optional green wrap around tunic that Kirk occasionally wore. that would have looke more garish. The mauve con chair was a device to ameliorate the clashing colors.
