Description
The youngest in mind, the Toa of Air embodies all that his element suggests. He is the most adaptable to change, the most acrobatic, the lightest in heart. Wearing a mask that grants him the power of Levitation, he is able to save himself most of the time his head also begins demonstrating air-like properties.As can be inferred, this took longer to complete because the background is much more involved than past portraits of the Toa Mata I've done so far. Pretty much it was the only way to effectively get across the hovering granted by his Miru, but it was also really fun to try to render the horizon and misty sunset/sunrise of Aqua Magna. Bonus points to you for finding the easter egg that proves the location and timeframe of the setting, if do end up finding it out.

Even Tahu would have quailed at Lewa's wrath. He sighted the nearest of the Bohrok. "Hey, firespitters! Time to go crash-bang!" The Tahnok looked up to the treetops to see a green blur falling, his axe prepared for a brutal swing.

Thank you for the experienced feedback (I guess that's how I should put it, since you've drawn the same character before :b). About the lack of detail, these portraits of the Toa are all serving me the purpose of practicing something new since I can now do almost anything under the sun with digital art. Lewa here I was practicing the background mostly, trying to render their world how I saw it.

I've always had a fondness of Onua. If I recall, he was the first Toa I bought with my own money.
But on the topic of Lewa, he was really rare when I was young -- so rare, in fact, that we heard rumors of people having to import him from Korea.

Wow, I can say I have -never- heard of that problem before. I got one of him at the time, but also 2 Kopakas and 2 Galis. I attribute that problem to adults asking the wrong questions to me, asking "what's your favorite color, stoopid?" instead of "which color don't you have yet? You better not make an addiction out of these!" Yeah, basically.
