Here she is! This is 's new OC Chione. She asked for my help with a design and this is what I came up with. She's of Italian and Russian blood, so I tried to make her skin a sort of olive colour. I hope that came across! The thing hanging at her sides is a sheer blue mini-cape. It didn't turn out great.Β Β I'm happy with the rest of it though.I really hope you like it! If you want to add or change anything, that's fine. And if you don't like it then feel free to completely change everything! xD As long as you're happy, that's fine with me.
