Description When she played "The River Flows in You", it was so beautiful that I could drown in such a moving melody. I tried to bring out the joy of her music the best I could, but unfortunately I had to rush this one for my AP art portfolio, which is nowhere near complete.

The way you painted the vines/jungle it really looks like the music is making it come alive which is a really cool affect. I also like the lighting because it looks like a spot light is shining on her. For some reason to see all that bright green puts me in a happy mood. Wonderful

Thanks a lot The green actually puts my mind in peace rather than makes me happy.
It's interesting now that you brought it up. So I asked myself "oh yeah, what color puts me in a happy mood?"

To me colours can evoke different emotions so it really depends on the person, for example black can be a depressing mood or a sexy mood and red can be a romantic mood or an angry mood. People have actually made studies about how colours can change emotion, that's why jails or rehab facilities are usually a grey colour, no bright colours. But for me any bright colours makes me happy, like yellow or purple. Sorry I kind of rambled there lol

I never knew jail or rehab facilities are grey for that reason, "maybe they were just not artistic?" To me, what emotion colors create really depends on my mood of the day. If I am happy, every color is wonderful; if I'm down, the whole world turns grey for me
