As for the concept:
I figured out the Moon's light would be a reflection of herslef on a mirror lake. I wanted to show the duality of what normal people see, the moon in the sky, and the inverted picture, the magic of this this worlds we can't see but that still exists. She's calmly watching over people sleep, and smiling, her star court keeping her company.
