There is only one word for that hair; EPIC.
Well, 'glorious' and 'illuminated' and 'spiztastic' can be applied too... but I think 'EPIC' sums it up nicely. It looks like it could easily knock a man out- truly a sign of EPIC hair.

You know, I originally wanted to give her two long, thin ponytails streaming from the back of her head, but a little Google research informed me that that idea had already been used on that girl ninja from Street Fighter III. I wanted the hair to have a very unique shape, something immediately recognizable, since the body would be kept fairly close to form. I'm hopeful at least that this design hasn't already been used somewhere else, but with the enormous amount of anime and other stuff out there it's entirely possible. It's very hard to be very original these days.

I could see her being British, though the costume is kind of hard to place in any particular culture. I wonder if she is the type who would wear slap braclets.

this is SO SWEET man! that face is probably your best structured I've ever seen, it's simply unbelievable. outfit is so rocking too. especially that HAIR. AWESOME.
just one thing- maybe toss another colour on for the background, pure white is always a really poor judge of the foreground colours. other than that this is seriously PERFECT. champion!

Thanks! I kept a few elements from my last version and tweaked them a bit, and generally made her look more like a normal girl and less like a cyber ninja. Hopefully this is more in line with what they're looking for.
