Sadistic is the more evolve version of Sally's Shattered form , the representation of Sally's true dark intentions. She's powerful, insane, very hostile. Sadistic is also known as " The Queen Of Blood" for she kills thousands of the U.S. Army soldiers.
Not only that, Sadistic loves eat things that are alive, meaning she's very cannibalistic, who try to eat Scourge in anyway possible.
Besides all of that, Sadistic is very fast with lightning fast speed and has the same speed as Sonic, only that 10x more than him. Plus, She sometimes loves to lick of her opponent's face with her long tongue of venom's, as way to analyzing her opponent's moves. Her weapon is a long handled knife sword that she uses to slashes her prey into many pieces and cut through any defenses like butter. Her personality is in a mixture of insanity and somewhat calmness. Despite her age, Sadistic acts like a spoiled little girl in very twisted way. Lastly, She's can transform to the exact forms that is in Sally's Omnitrix and she can't feel no pain in anyway, even shooting her will not faze Sadistic at all. Long as Sadistic is around in this world, she's dangerous to everyone who goes near her.
