Description READ RIGHT TO LEFT

This is actually the prologue of an original story I drew out about 80 pages of in high school but never ended up finishing. Hopefully this attempt will prove more fruitfull than the last... As long as I stay motivated enough get it done it should work out to 11 pages in all. It's just a prologue, so don't expect it to make too much sense on its own... The character introduced on this page is named Len.

The working title is "Necropolis" and it's a detective story set in the Victorian Era (how very typical... -3-).

...I HATE the last panel of this page!! Which sucks because it's the most important and took me the longest. Oh well... *dies* And, yes, I do intend on continuing that first sentence on the next page.

Anyway, I hope some of you enjoy it at least a little. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Not at the moment, sorry. I let it sit for too long, and now the art style of these pages is outdated. I will, at least, be drawing the characters again soon, though.

Nice work! The only thing I would suggest is that the close up of the hand is a little awkward. Otherwise, I really like it!

Thank yoooou! XD And, yes, I figured out how to do speed lines on manga studio! All the shading on the skin was a bitch...

Hooray for extreme close-ups! XD

For the brick, I just used a grid to help me meaure and sketched the wall out. It was kinda tedious... D:

whoaaa! i want to see more! srsly more more more.and why do you hate the last panel? i guess you probably see flaws that are invisible to my untrained eyes, but i think this whole page looks great. also, i like the tones you used. they work nicely with your drawing style.

Aww, thank you. Glad you like it. I guess I just didn't think the sketch through enough on the last panel, so the proportion or something just feels a little off. But, if I'm the only one who can see it, that's just great. XD

HOLY SHIT! You drew this! AMAZING! OUTSTANDING! Honestly, you could seriously mistake this for an actual manga print. No one's gonna report a thing, except the AWESOMENESS Of this! You should be so proud, this is, oh man, you're art work in general has improved immensely, manga studio have only added to is finesse. Seriously, this is amazing! Whats wrong with the last panel? that cigar is pretty good. you're certainly going to make it in this business someday, you're talent is out of this world, don't let anyone say other wise. The story sounds interesting, hmm, detective's Victorian era, XP all you need now is a demon/vampire, and some yaoi, it will be complete. 11 pages, geez, that's rough, but im sure each will turn out just as great. This Len guy looks pretty baddass too, is it short for Lenard, or Leonardo? can't wait to see more! GREAT JOB!!!!
