Description
The Golden One dazzles all who behold her. Her form is uncertain and flows with her shimmering robes. Her memory will not tarnish in the eyes of those she meets fleetingly but she holds a secret no one knows, for no one can see her true form.....
She is roughly related to my online comic [link] in a way that probably only I understand. It's just a character design I wanted to work out, which was getting nowhere in sketches. She's not an elf, or an angel and not quite a fairy. The dragon was just for fun and the background is inspired by Chinese paintings.

I love the slightly oriental flair to the clothing and hairstyle. Beautiful shot! (although in eastern mythology, youthful human beings with white hair were considered scary, abnormal, and sometimes demonic, rather than angelic) I love this character and hope it gets used again! I like the leaves (?) or gems on her shoulder. It makes her skin just as interesting as her clothes. And the dragon definatly compliments the left side of the piece, with her robe on the lower right, and gives her hand something to attach to. Very nice.
