Dough: 300g flour, 200g butter, 100g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg
Cream: 200g cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 lemon juice, 250g cream, 1 packet cream stiffener, 2 packets raspberries
1. prepare a short pastry from the first ingredients. Pour into a cake pan and bake at 160-170°C for up to 30 min.
2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy. Fold in the cream whipped with the cream stiffener and spread the mixture on the cooled cake base. Stir some of the raspberries into the cream. Refrigerate until the mixture is firm.
3. Decorate as desired.
