There was an episode of Seinfeld where George starts talking in the third person, and I think that's the gag here.
"George likes his chicken spicy." That sort of thing.

Yeah, because of that buddy of theirs, Jimmy, who always spoke in the third person. "JIMMY'S DOWN! JIMMY'S DOWN! JIMMY'S GOIN' INTO SHOCK! JIMMY'S GONNA GET YOU KRAMER! JIMMY HOLDS GRUDGES! LET JIMMY GO!"

Yeah, and like, didn't he start talking like that for the rest of the series? I know after a certain point in the show, they started making the character more paranoid and prone to outbursts... like the one about the Twix candy bar and the mechanic.
I always liked later series George over the calmer one.

You're right... even at the point where Mr. Krueger started handing out nicknames, and George ended up being nicknamed "Gammy": "GAMMY'S GETTING UPSET!!!"

I was never much into the show, personally, but I do recognize that one.
My family's favorite was the one at the beach house. George was dealing with "shrinkage," Kramer found some lobsters, and there was the Ugly Baby as well.
