Made with UF 5.04 I tried to make some sparkles in the frame and the teardrops, so make sure you look at the "full" version! I tried to make the frame big, but I think I got carried away with the rest of the picture. I was having way too much fun! I have redone this fractal to actually submit it to the Frames Forever Challenge. I felt it might be a little too much, and the frame was hidden from the tear drops. You can see the second part .
